This course aims to clarify to the student the definition, the importance, the various kinds, and the legislative arrangements of commercial contracts, as well as the theoretical and practical principles of drafting commercial contracts in their objective and subjective manner. In addition, the course focuses on teaching some commercial contracts that are frequently used by the commercial sector, and which are not taught in other courses at the faculty of law.
